This one always makes me laugh. With Sokka's passionate protests about science, Aang's sweetness, and Katara's frustration with papayas, it's probably one of my favourites. I just love how this episode is so clearly filler, and yet it's so light and fluffy and fun anyway that it doesn't matter. And Aang, at the end? Damn. Amazing.
I sympathize with Sokka so much in this episode, and those lines are why. (I assume you can fill in a rant about politics and magical thinking on your own.)
